These reports are built entirely on the input and participation of your staff. Caregivers in our partner hospitals voluntarily complete a standardized, HIPAA-compliant form each time the Soma® Safe Enclosure is used. This includes patient demographics, diagnosis, contributing conditions, reason for enclosure use, likely alternatives, and the patient’s response. Because this information is entered directly by your care team, the insights are highly specific to your patient population and practices.
